2. Shipping rates

- For purchase less than US$ 250, shipping rate is US$ 30.

- Free shipping for purchasing more than US$ 250.

3. Shipping Countries

- Shipping countries will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destinations.

- Please contact us for customers who have difficulties in order process with regards to international shipment.

- Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.

- Shipping will take 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items).

- Shipping may take longer for some items, and the delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to natural disaster.

- EMS tracking information may take 2 to 3 days to be available.

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer refuses to recieve the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. All related costs (return shipping etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
